The drawback with hydraulic injection molding is that even if it is effective, it isn't environment friendly (the machine works fine, however we can’t say the same for power consumption). When the molded plastic inside the mold cavity cools down, its volume will lower as properly, so we'd like some strain to compensate for that. As the machine is still moving , the plastic is then injected through a nozzle Direct CNC from the place it gets inside a mold cavity through a gate system.
